SLI gtx780 video and sound output problems with Nvidia Surround

There are some problems with output sound and video in a multi-monitor configuration.
Monitors are connected according to the Nvidia recommendation (Option 3):

3xDell in Surround:
1st card 1. DVI - HDMI. 2. DP - miniDP
2nd card DP - miniDP
Additional monitor (Sony KDL-50W817B via Yamaha RX-V667) connected to the 1st card via HDMI - HDMI
The monitor connected via DVI - HDMI has priority when system booting, but there is message on the screen "The defined resolution is not supported. Monitor should be set to native 2560*1440*60" during POST.
The question is, at what resolution videocard starts and how can I fix it?

Switching the monitor to the second card puts priority access to TV via HDMI with a working screen in the BIOS. If i disable TV or connect it to the second card, then DP-connected monitor also works in BIOS.
Settings in BIOS are "UEFI drivers first" and "Secure boot".

As next step, i disconnected DVI - HDMI and connected two monitors via serial DP - miniDP to 1st card, 3rd monitor via DP - miniDP to 2nd card and additional monitor connected to the 1st card via HDMI - HDMI. With "All monitors" option activated in Nvidia Control Panel it works well, but when i activated surround mode, i lost signal to 3rd monitor.

Another problem occures with sound in surround mode. Sound via Xonar works well, but i have problem with sound via Nvidia HDMI device by defolt. Windows says it's OK. I can see working speakers in checking sound tab, but there is no signal both in reciever and TV. If i try to change speaker's configuration i have message "device is already in use". If i disable surround and set "All monitor" option i have no problems with sound.

Some upgrade to SLI STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3OC-6GD5-GAMING solved issueses with sound. I think, if DVI-HDMI connection was the reason of troubles.
