Exclamation Front Base shows bad CPU frequency etc.

    HI Asus,

I'm disappointed with your Front base.

I'm using Maximus VIII Gene. I had to buy the USB Q- connector seperately! It's not includded.

I did FW upgrade to latest V47 as in the manual.
Driver and ROG Connect are installed with the latest versions too.

My Front Base shows CPU frequency much lower than actual at least by 100-200MHz!
I can't see equalizer settings. Front base display does not turn off with the computer.

Please help because I'm loosing faith in ASUS...

    Did you connect cables good.
Maximus VIII Gene is new motherboard maybe some new BIOS will fix that if you didn't get broken Front Base.

You choose nice motherboard, I like Gene and WS most of all Z170 series.

Did you check on internet maybe some other people had similar problem...

    Exclamation

Cables are seated fine. I've connected them twice.

Firmware and drivers are properly installed.

I repeat: The frequency is displayed with offset from approx. -100 to -200MHz. It's software BUG!

ASUS support could you comment this issue please?
