Mrbull use the monitor for a hour or more then check it again for blb and flashlightspots. If the blb and the flashlightspots aren't interfering with your view/work then I would considering to keep it. It is always a matter of taste, for some it is to much for other is right on spot. I had a issue with my 5 monitors on windows restart where the monitor goes blank and you see the flashlightspots and you go crazy. I used 30 40 50 60 and 80 brightness, under 40 it was for my taste to dimm at 80 was to bright the 50 or 60 was the ideal for my taste, but then you have any flashlightspots go nuts and you can see the over 60 brightness on dark screens.
