Hello, I just recently bought this new laptop from best buy about a week ago. my problem and it is indeed a game changer is that my microphone is incredibly and agonizingly low. it apparently is connected but it just cant pick up a voice. i know its connected because if i tap lightly on the laptop the sound bar rises, but very lowly. Should i return it or do you guys have a solutions. Thanks for the help!
