Maximus VIII hero and problem with sound blaster z

Hi all 😄 when i put my soundblaster z on any slot, like pciex1 or pciex 8/16 i got sometime stuck at windows start and some fail restart / power off ( monitor mouse and keyboard go off but all rest of pc, video card, all fan etc are all active and need press power off botton for close the pc ). Can someone help me? i try other pciex card ( like usb card ) and havent this problem, try soundblaster on another pc and havent this problem. Anyway sorry for my not good english 😄 thanks for help ^^

cpu -> intel i7 6700k
mb -> maximus viii hero bios version 1202
ram -> ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx 3000 mhz 2x8
psu -> corsair 650 tx
hard disk -> wd 1gb green, wd 500 gb caviar black, ssd m4 crucial 128 gb
sound blaster z
video card -> ati sapphire 7950 vapor x 3 gb
cpu cooler -> zalman 9900
case -> nanoxia deep silence 5

yeah same problem with fresh windows 10 and windows 7

with driver havent fail start windows but for fail restart / poweoff not resolve the problem

Exactly the same problem for me with the soundblaster Z.
Have put the card in all free pcix slots, nothing helped.
Speccs as follows.

cpu = intel i7 6700k
mb = asus maximus viii hero bios version 1202 (same problem with older bios as well)
ram = ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx 3200 mhz 2x8
psu = corsair rm750x
ssd = samsung 950 Pro 512gb
sc = soundblaster z
video card = asus matrix gtx980
cpu cooler = noctua nh-u14s
case = nzxt h440
