I bought a Asus G51JX-FHD-SZ152X 6 months ago, and I really really love it then I bought a 240GB OCZ vertex 2 SSD, Then I found out that I only have 1 SSD slot becase Asus, for some reason they used the extra HDD slot for memory slot? so. I wonder if asus can replaced my ram to 2x4gb so i can used the secondary HDD slot. because right now, I have 4x2gb memory modules.

There is no sata port for a secondary ide. i would advise you use your original harddrive in a external case.
