ASUS ROG Nomad Backpack - Weather conditions

I was wondering if the ASUS ROG Nomad would be suitable in rain and snow, such as travelling to a friends house and college.
Can anyone tell me if this will be fine?
I'll be storing my G751JL-T7028H, Charger and maybe mouse.

    Thanks.

According to the product page: "Lightweight, durable and water-resistant 1680D ballistic nylon helps keep your precious cargo safe and dry."

So I would assume it's probably ok as long as you don't hang outside for a long time.

They are waterproof for rain, but I doubt you can stay 3h on some heavy rain constantly.
Nothing is waterproof in such condition. But It's possible laptop to stay dry even if you are completely wet.
If you live in some area where rain is very often, you can put double protection. First some cheaper version of simple dry bag and thaninside ROG backpack.
