Crosshair V Z North Bridge Memory settings in bios. What are they?

Ok so the Crosshair V Z North Bridge Memory settings in bios seen here:
What is Memory Clear and Power Down Enable?
I cannot find anything about those two settings.

Memory clear is just the opposite of the warm boot option. power down Enabled allows the memory to shut it self down When ECC mode is enabled as an emergency feature

I saw someplace on here a guide to edit the bios so to add a more descriptive tool tip to some options given the terribly worded Default tool tips and also add more detail to saved OC profiles.
Anyone remember where it is?
