ASUS need to change service urgently...
They are not aware but when you look from side many people have impression if hardware not work they will need to trow him in garbage. That look like gambling.
Everything could be resolved if 50 people call service for protection customers and explain politic of some Asian companies against west countries and clearly explain why they don't want to open stores and to sell directy to customers and why everything go over big sellers who need to deal with customers. Even if some problem finish on best way that's mostly because Amazon or similar companies decide to fix problem or customer stay robbed. That's not phrase, that's literary robbed. Different is on first place because Asian company behave like they need to give few million dollars to someone and because of that need to robbed one percent of people.
From other side EVGA's politic is different, profit is much smaller, they think on longer distance to keep customers, and constantly profit circulate and important is to customers be satisfied.
Asian companies behave like they estimate how much need to earn and they will robbed people until full fill that.
In my country everything is very slow, but if you call agency for protection customers they call seller to finish that or they will pay 5000-10.000 euro punishment...
Penalties for companies are very big and than they need to back money to customer and later could decide if want to deal with such companies or not.

Worse thing is because people never complain on ASUS in history as last 2-3 years.
If situation continue further later even if they change something they will need years to customers become brave enough to buy something from ASUS. Lower than this is not possible, Ambient is exactly like gambling and customers think if they invest in some premium hardware maybe they will lose all money. I can't say where is worse and where is best I only recognize that ambient that people are scared and less and less pay attention on ASUS features.
