Samsung 950 Pro + SM951 AHCI possible?

Hello,

can I use an 950 Pro as boot drive (placed in the RVE m.2 socket) and a SM951 AHCI with an m.2 PCIe adpater in the 4th red slot) as an data drive (not for booting)?
I am using Windows 10 1511 x64 and RVE Bios 1701.
