So this happens every so often here and there out of the blue. I have the latest drivers for both Nvidia and Intel HD graphics. I am using Windows 10 Enterprise 64 bit. All updates are also installed.
To fix it I have to minimize it and then open it or just go Windows+D and then open it back again. Besides this I also have this weird problem where some applications that I open, open in the background instead of foreground and also when I Alt+Tab games I can only enter back via the Task Manager.
Maybe it's all connected? I checked forums and what not but no one had this or at least I couldn't find anyone with this problem.
Any suggestions on how should I go and fix this?

Haven't faced this kind of issue. Maybe a clean install might help.

Try an in place install of W10 , u will not lose anything , it may repair W10

I tried to delete the drivers for HD graphics I installed manually and let Windows Update install them. And I think it's fixed? I'll report if I see it appearing otherwise this is the solution hopefully.

Weird unresponsive/refreshing programs on Windows 10, video included. HELP!
