I made with the windows tool a usb installation and the process showed no issues. But as soon i install the needed drivers and preform a sfc/scannow command it finds problems that not can be fixed. I tryed two diffrent SSDs but with the same result. If i install Windows 8.1 first and than upgrade to Windows 10 that dosent happen. I also used two diffrent USB sticks. But as soon i install anything the sfc/scannow finds issues that cant be fixed.
How comes??

I found some versions of Windows 10 being more sensitive to that. The latest one is more solid (10.0.10586.17 TH2), try to install it from the beginning.

I also found Nvidia drivers change a dll that usually is restored by sfc, but in some cases it is not, and that is the problem. Check cbs log to see which files are corrupted (c:\windows\logs\cbs).

The list is so huge. I have no idea where to start or to search. The log file is as long as my arm.

Read the final of the text, there you can find the files corrupted.

Try this:

a) Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command Prompt (Admin)”.

b) In command prompt, type "powershell" (without quotes) and then enter, and then

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Report back what happens...

It says source file not found and option of source of files for restore feautures needed (sorry its in german a translation of whats written (in short source files not found with coode 0x800f081f)

i found this thread but the steps seem complicated. I never done it that way before. It says extract ISO from install.esd. Than copy files of the ISO on a fresh FAT32 USB stick. Than mount the USB stick.
Than as example DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:e:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess
My problem i dont know how to extract the iso or mount the USB

Dont do that, it wont help.

Simply reinstall Windows 10 latest version with update option (not clean install), from DVD, Disk or USB... The latest is 10586.17, you can find also in several websites the named 1511 in different languages which is the one to start with.

http://windowsiso.net/windows-10-iso/windows-10-th2-download-build-10586/windows-10-th2-n-iso-downlo... for example

Just use google to locate your version (pro, Enterprise...), 32 or 64 bit and your language, download it and reinstall, I would use hard disk as source.

I would also disable fast boot both in uefi bios and operating system, just after reinstalling it.

Try and report back.

Thank you 🙂 Seems the reinstall worked. I downloaded the media creation tool and started it. The rest was kind of automatic. I choose keep files and apps. And after the process was finished no more issues found. Again thank you very much.
