Yes, it is possible.
Here is the guide: http://www.win-raid.com/t871f16-Guide-How-to-get-full-NVMe-support-for-Intel-Chipset-systems-from-Se...
My current System:
MB: ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Prof. Gaming i7, CPU: Intel Core i5 6600K, Disk Drives: 250 GB Samsung 970 EVO NVMe SSD + 1 TB Samsung 850 EVO SATA SSD, Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 530, OS: Win10 Pro x64

Thanks for the information, but from what ive been reading my board x79 is pcie 3.0 but since the controller in my cpu 3970x is 2.0 im going to have limitation on the 950 pro velocity because the max i can achive with pci-e 2.0 is 2000mb/s i think.
The 950 pro gives 2500mb/s to achive this velocity i have to have 3.0 that gives 4000mb/s of bandwith.

If i activate with that nvidia patch pcie 3.0 my cpu controller i can achive the same 950 pro speeds like for example a x99 board?

Can i boot windows 10 from this drive or is there none official support for nvme at this present moment?
I already changed bios on my titans to the techinferno 2 years ago but modding the bios of the board is something completly new for me im kind noob on this.

Here are the benchmark results I got with the Samsung 950 Pro NVMe SSD as system drive (each with a freshly installed Win10 x64 Pro) by using

a) my ASUS P8Z68-V mainboard having just PCI 2.0 lanes
54474

and
b) my ASRock Z97 extreme6 mainboard, which supports 4xPCI 3.0 lanes:
54475

Ive been reading reports of people being able to boot intel 750 on R4BE without any modded bios on R4BE, is this true or possible?
If not do you know any modded bios for the R4BE to support NVME to use samsung 950 pro and intel 750?

I doubt, that this is true.

No, but you can try it easily yourself by just following my guide.

My 950pro works fine as a boot drive on my R4Formula with no bios mods. I'm using the Asus hyper m2 mini add in card. Speeds of 2200/900 for the 256gb model. Win 10 here.

I think im going to buy one.

My revodrive 3 x2 has horrible speeds in 4k.

Im just waiting for the 950pro 1tb version to came out.
And if it works im going to buy a second one to do raid 0

Without the BIOS mod it will only boot with CSM enabled. It's better to BIOS mod and install Windows in UEFI mode with CSM disabled.

PCIe 3.0 should work by default. Only nVidia has disabled it intentionally due to compatibility issues with X79.
