It looks like a good way to get another screen. But it won't be using the latest high speed cards?

Thunderolt 3 which the video you linked uses, isn't even supported yet with the G750 series. Yes there is a thunderbolt port, but it's Thunderbolt 2 at latest.

Just use a thunderbolt adapter.

So you mean get a Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter?

Could you please tell me where to get a USB 2 to USB 3 adapter and let me keep my USB 3(say 84 MegaBytes/sec read) speeds?

Unless of course that isn't what you are talking about.

If there is no such adapter, than while the card MIGHT work, it'll be running at half the speed it should be.
