ASUS DOG G751J system restore error

Hello everyone. I have an issue on my hands...

I just got my Asus ROG G751JT notebook back after it was fixed. Then there was a setting that catches my interest that I stumbled upon, storage pools. It said that it could create drives to protect my data storage. I tried to make one, but then, the two default virtual drivers we're deleted. I thought that if I restored the entire computer to it's factory settings, that would be fixed. so I try doing it, but it failed...

I kept trying over and over again, but I keep getting this error message:

Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing.

I have windows 8.1, is there anything I can do that can fix this?

Also, I don't have the disc, so that option isn't I useful.

I appreciate your help!

EDIT: the problem has been solved.
