Hello my mouse stop working. I have tryed it on 2 computers, but my mouse just lighting red and my usb controler is not detect change.

Is there any solution?

If you tested it on two different systems and it's not working then it's safe to say that you have a dead mouse 🙂 Need to contact customer service in your region for RMA.
