Maybe you can share some info on what settings you've tried so far and everyone can kind of chime in and give you some feedback.

Are you doing BCLK Overclocking? 5 Optimization Overclocking? Manual?
Did you enable XMP or not?

First tip, please increase Vcore to 1.355 (+0.01) and increase 0.01V until it is stable. Do not increase multiplier until stable. You can change AI Tweaker is to Manual for maximum overclock potential.
Also, make sure your LLC is set to Level 8. I heard most people use it during extreme OC
Sincerely,
Legolas

what's the highest stable OC you've gotten so far? Post all the settings from BIOS or provide screenshot of all screens and then it'll be easier for everyone to see what you've done right or done wrong. What do you mean everything is in Japanese? You can change the language to English in BIOS.

I heard online that most chips can run frequency 4.5Ghz - 4.7Ghz at 1.4-1.45V. 1.355 may not be enough for your processor core. 1.4 Vcore minimum for your 4.4Ghz speed.
