Asus GL552V SSD M2 Upgrade

Hi, I bought a Asus GL552V and and I want to upgrade the OS disk to one that is bigger and faster than the original.

I thought about upgrading to the Samsung SSD 850 EVO

Will the Samsung SSD 850 EVO Work in my laptop? Do you recommend other model that is better or faster?

If i were you, I would have bought the Samsung 950 Pro.

does GL552V supports 32GB of RAM? I only see 2 memory slots (does the laptop have more hidden?),
my GL552V came with 16GB
To upgrade to 32GB what memory should I buy?

buy 2x16gb hyperx ddr4 2133mhz and you have 32gb of ram

So you`re saying that this model only has 2 slots of memory, right? (no hidden memory slots behind the keyboard?)

*already updated bios and even then does not recognize.
*would there be any other solution?

Hi,

Not sure which GL552V model you have, but the GL552V motherboards can only support either SATA3 M.2 SSDs or PCIe M.2 SSDs, but not both at the same time as discussed at the post below for the GL552VW model, so you want to check which one your motherboard supports if you haven't already.
