WTB RGB led strips

Does anyone know which companies strips we can use for our ROG motherboards that have the headers or will asus be releasing their own lighting strips eventually? So far I can only find cheap 5050 Chinese imports on amazon that mostly seem to get bad reviews on colors or likelihood to blow up 🙂 tia

It says in the maximus viii formula manual

The RGB header supports 5050 RGB multi color LED strips 12v GRB with a maximum power rating of 2 amps and no longer than 2 meters. The RGB header is 4 pin.

As long as you don't go over 24 watts and 6 feet you should be ok.

I was mostly trying to find a well known PC Mod brand that could replicate all the colours the motherboard could without being an electrical risk like some you read about in their reviews. I believe I found them, arrived today and work perfectly - "Phobya LED Flexlight 120cm RGB" (exactly 2m).
