    We should be getting an update on when the other CPUs will be back in stock, I'll update again once this information is available.

    So I would like it if people who got their G751JY's upgraded to G-sync would be nice enough to post some of their working temperatures after the upgrade.
    I did a real-life temperature test with Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and the game runs in G-sync almost all the time in 75 fps rock solid (few dips in the 60's range sometimes).

    CPU: i7-4760HQ stock clocks (core1 x38, core2 x37, core3-4 x36), Core & Cache voltage offset both at -50mV (intel extreme tuning utility)
    GPU: 980m stock clocks and voltage
    Ambient temperature about 22°C

    Windows IDLE temperatures in 'balanced mode'
    CPU = 37°C
    GPU = 37°C

    Windows in 'performance' mode
    Call of Duty Advanced Warfare (MAP Strandja, Bulgaria) . 1080p, all settings maxed out, FXAA. 30 minutes gameplay.
    CPU = max 86 °C (usually around 79-81) CPU with peak usage 99%
    GPU = max 74°C (usually around 68-70). GPU with peak usage 99%

    I would say pretty good temperatures all around, should be safe for summer I belive.

    Hi ciccio80,

    Thanks for sharing, I hope everyone follows suit and does the same.

    This would be very helpful for those who complete the upgrade and are able to see if their temperatures are in check.

    Thanks,
    Bahz

    So is this upgrade available in USA or not? I called support and was told no. Now it's after the 5/1 end date. So what are my options, if any?
