    OK guys, enough of this side topic. As Bahz has already stated there is an ongoing effort to inform all of the callcenters. If you want to discuss the skill or quality of support, do it elsewhere. And if you can't remain civil then just don't talk to each other anymore.

    BTW, if you start out name calling, don't report a post when someone retaliates against you. You started it and I will not punish someone for defending themselves in equal measure. You will only put yourself on my naughty list doing this.

    Replay from ASUS Poland

    Poland is not participating in this G-SYNC upgrade program.
    It could be just a matter of time. Will try again later as suggested by rep.

    I need 10 posts for vote so you will see me around.
    I will contact ASUS Poland next week to see if there is update.

    OK this is the last time im gonna post to this thread but after reading all the posts no one answered the question as to why i cannot vote. I also don't know if i should go to the support website and fill out a ticket about getting the upgrade.

    I'll wait for Bahz to come back & leave post that all ASUS Service call centers have been given the go ahead on this G751JY/JT G-Sync retrofit upgrade before I try leaving email request to ASUS US Service again.

    are they informing the call centers by pony express?, whats the hold up?if the upgrade offer was not in place why post it is now available ?

    They've never done this type of thing before so they don't even have a process in place to do it. So they had to develop a process, inform all of the callcenters in regions that operate independently and speak different languages, including the ones outsourced to separate companies. Then every representative has to be not just informed but trained on how to make it happen. It's not as simple as sending a company-wide memo unfortunately.

    Like Xeromist says, we're working really hard to get through all the details with all the service teams. What it looks like is that all the service team leaders in each country are aware of the program, however since there are a lot of details like payment methods, shipping, preparing materials, and so on which takes some time to work out and will differ from country to country. With that being said of course the service leaders won't release the details to their teams until everything is absolutely 100% clear. Please bear with us as this process is being worked out, we do apologize for the inconvenience and I have suggested to the person in charge of this program to consider extending the duration of this program due to these delays.
