It seems not everyone in the UK service center has got the message.
Their twitter account said that they are aware of it.
I wish they would make up their mind.

seeing how my response from asus tech support had this at the end:
DISCLAIMER - All statements, written, illustrated -graphics or any type of content/information present within these emails (s) are considered "off the record"/ confidential and not for publication. All information contained is direct privileged communication between the sender and recipient.
This content cannot be posted, used, copied or replicated in any way without direct consent from the sender.

ill just post my response that may or may not have some quotes from the broken ass English email they sent me.

Is there a link you can provide for "official site" that would post when something like this would be available and for who?
Also is there a phone number or website you could provide me for a "local service center". Im in the USA, Nebraska if that matters.
Furthermore, what does "I am not sure if we will support this upgrade service in the future," mean when you also said, "even though we support it by soon."
Those 2 statements contradict each other, which is it.

    You gonna laugh!

Like i said a fews pages ago to toronto699, i sent an email to asus france and asked about the program: price, delay, HDD/SSD, what is changed, where the upgrade is done...etc

A tech support asked me my email and adress to give to the service who takes care of this upgrade. I didn't get any reply since then.

And yesterday, i get a letter from ASUS. A f***ing invoice for 122.52€ that i have to pay within 20 days or the invoice will be sent to recovery agency!!!

WTF!!! I didn't sign anything, didn't agree to anything, i just asked question! This is so ridiculus my god!

All i know now is that every upgrade in EU will be done in Holland!

I sent a new email to the asus support, and now guess what! no reply...

I will post the letter later when i come back home

    Holland or Czech yes.
121 is because of fees in different countries...for Portugal was 89 + 12 euros...so 100 euros...it is different because fees.
7-10 days the Rework in the motherboard.
    Fairly quick.

    HI
I received an email today from asus support.
I made some questions to them about the upgrade just to be more informed about it.
    This is their answer.
    Dear Joel,

Thank you for contacting ASUS Product Support.

I am more than happy to assist you in upgrading your unit.

In order to do so, this will require the unit to be sent to our Service Center. Since you are in the Dominican Republic the closest Service Center would be in the United States.

    The promotion ends - 2016/05/01

Processing fee:$99 (upgrade fee) + shipping ($10 for US ground shipping / $40 for Canada customer)

My sincere apologies, we do not ship outside of the North America Region (US or Canada).
However, you may provide an address in the US for the unit to be shipped to, for example- relative, friend, or an International Couriers.

In order to facilitate the upgrade process an RMA will be required. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), is a part of the process of returning a product in order to have it serviced.

    Please provide the following information:

    Full Name:

    Telephone:

    Address -

(Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. This address must be a physical address. Please also provide an apartment, unit or a suite number if there is one). US or Canada Addresses only.

Please state if this address is a residential or business address.

    Physical Damage (Y/N) :

Please make note of your case number for future reference: N160304642.

Feel free to contact us here at ASUS anytime for support. We are happy to assist !

For additional assistance our Customer Support phone numbers are 1-888-678-3688 or 1-877-339-2787.

You may also use our Live Chat option. Here's the link: https://secure.livechatinc.com/licen.../open_chat.cgi

    Best Regards,
    Tamara M.
As you can see I am from Dominican Republic and here there is not ASUS'S service center, that is why I am not decided yet.
