Hi,
Asus support seems worthless in helping me sort this out. I just received my brand new Asus motherboard and when I try to register the serial #, it says it's already registered. Is there someone at Asus that can easily fix this for me?
I ordered it from Amazon. It was drop shipped directly from Newegg. Both reputable vendors. In either case, the problem is with Asus' back end system. The vendor can't help fix that.
