patch notes are not out yet... when it's out I will definitely share

I just hope the FCLK issue on asus VIII mobos is fixed because as if now you can't change FCLK it will be always stuck at 1 GHZ

Did you want to run faster than 1ghz?

Thanks for the heads up. This does not fix the fclk issue however. My system still reboots itself twice after changing the fclk in the uefi then boots into windows with it set at 1ghz again.

Do you have a Steam Controller dongle connected to your pc?
This Caused the "double" cold boot. Unplugging it at start solved the problem for me.

No, I don't have one of those. My system only reboots itself twice when I manually try to change the fclk setting in the uefi. When I leave it set to 1ghz the double reboot issue goes away.

Yeah, the Management Engine isn't the cause of the FCLK not working.

Something changed between the 1202 BIOS where the FCLK setting worked, and the 1302 BIOS where it didn't work. The 1402 BIOS continued the FCLK setting not working trend.

Basically, if you want the FCLK setting to work, you need to revert to the 1202 BIOS. Note that when you do this, your Management Engine version remains the same. So you can have the new 1205 ME with the older 1202 BIOS.
