hi,
i just bought the g752vy-dh78k, with gtx980m 8gb. but in the nvidia control panel, system information it says

total available graphics as 4gb? and 4gb as shared.
plus does this model have built-in graphics, coz mine doesnt show intel graphics at all not even in bios.
the processor is the one with HK model.

no optimus on G752 , uses only the Nvidia Graphics card , U cannot install a Intel graphics driver it will not install , intel graphics is disabled.

As for the memory question 8GB Vram is a new concept. I don't believe the software pinging the SMBus has been updated to reflect this yet.

I would download something like HWiNFO/GPUZ and see if they correctly identify the 8GB VRAM. Windows may not, but one of those should.

(ROG has simply become too expensive compared to the competition with same specs... 😞 )
