I know this is an OLD POST!

But seriously, I'd like to know, is this really good to do, run multipile stress apps at the same time?

I also thought Aida isn't that good?

For now I've been only running 1 hour of RealBench, and I did come from the days before of 24 hrs of Prime, so not sure where all that stands now...

Been wondering what apps if any besides RealBench I should also stress/test with?

    OCCT
    Intel XTU
    Prime
    etc....

    Hmm

HCI memtest, or Ramtest, memory settings will corrupt an OS faster than anything, Realbench, a couple 3D benchmarks, run what you use daily as that is where stability is needed
Intel XTU is good to use as you can change, voltages and multipliers in the program, if it crashes and reboots add a little voltage and rerun, once your stable you can manually enter these settings in the bios.
Once you find stability at lowest Vcore, add .010 to .020 volts, same with Vdram to assure stability during daily use
Throw some garlic in to keep them Vampires at bay

And yes running a couple programs while a stress test is running will increase the load, run AIDA, 20 or more Firefox tabs open watching Netlix and run Firestrike at same time, using a high percentage of memory and a lot of processes so it loads all aspects of your system.

So a joke, yes and no

For the 010 to .020 volts, are you talking about the offsets?
