Gl551JW: Power Limit Throttling and random BSOD problems.

I was getting random BSOD of whea_uncorrectable_error. In XTU, I found out that my cpu was being power limit throttled! I tried to test if it was my power supply by unplugging that, I also tried to test if it was my battery by taking out the battery and having power straight from the PSU. I even tried a factory reset and to still no avail. Does anybody know how to fix my problem? I dont want to have to send in my laptop.

Well, when I uninstall xtu, same problem. Also same problem if it is default profile.

this issue can be so many things...maybe harddisk, make sfc /scannow and chkdsk /f in cmd
sometimes bad ram or,or,or

My gpu temps are around 70c while gaming. When stress testing my cpu it is around 85c. I do notice though that my package TDP is higher than normal. Could more dust = higher temps = power limit throttle?
