G752VT - Suddenly my whole keyboard does not work at all.

I am typing this with USB keyboard.

Now my laptop's keyboard does not work at all. (G752VT)

When power on, no key working. I should turn on screen keyboard to input password for login when Window10 start.

After logging, still no key works.

Rebooting, but same problem.


I am very upset and how to fix?

Usually funcion key could have problem at startup, not the Whole keyboard, is also very hard that bad config or virus could stop working internal keyboard. Better contact ASUS support and maybe return it for RMA. can you reach bios screen at startup, pressing ESC with internal keyboard? if you couldn't do this operation it's a hardware related problem.

No, I can't reach even bios. No key works. So I gone to support, they reset bios with USB keyboard, and I reset Window 10 to initial state, so keyboard then works well.

But after few days now, it again does not work at all.

I don't know why... its very annoying.
