Hmmm it says some things in red at the top to try, one thing you could try is setting the windows power plan to high performance and run Latencymon again.

That did lower the latency and especially the DPC Routine execution time but latencymon still says i have trouble handling...

It says a problem appears to be network related and to disable WLAN adapter if you have one.

Try resetting your modem/router and see if that helps, it also mentions updating the bios.

I update the router firmware and it looks like the issue is not appering again, so the reall issue must be somewhere else.

That looks a lot better than it did, try playing a game the audio was out of sync and see if it's any better.

OK Here are some more things to try.

    1) In device manager disable network and wifi adapters.

    2) Unplug any firewire devices if you have any.

    3) Install the latest NVidia driver 361.91. (perform a clean installation)

    4) Disable speedstep

    5) Disable any unnecessary devices in the bios such as Bluetooth and wifi and anything else you're not using.

See if any of these help make it a little better.
