1662.7MHz on the core is awesome !

What voltage did you need for that, it's still showing 1.212v.

Voltage is set to 1.25, bUT it hasn't pulled that. That said, cold scaling is incredible. I do need 1.69 vmem to get to 2000mhz on ram. I spent a good part of my cold time feeling the settings out and really only had a handful of runs.
Water drops on slim pot ended the session. Need to figure out a better insulation on that. I'd like to put sham wow on it like my Gemini. As soon as my wife leaves, I will be borrowing her hair dryer and starting early. Looking ro break 52000.

Good luck on hitting 52000 you're doing very good so far Blackjack.

I know you'll post your results when you do.

Finally think I have some of this figured out. As always with nvidia, a little bit of a ritual.
First and foremost enabling ln2 mode and memory heater is a must going below ambient. Second, burn feature is a must when pushing high clocks. Finally voltage happens 1.45v+ same as 780ti, 980, ect.
Definitely missing a tweak or two and have not flashed higher efficiency ln2 bios. That said, hoping to do better. Right now tied for 2ND place, Div. 1 Catzilla 720p.

Impressive and awesome, I suppose you can only go as far as 70c before the big time throttle kicks in.

Yes, temperature is key. Regardless of cooling, if you can keep temperatures in check, you will get better results.
Using burn feature, you must check clocks using gpuz. Upon reboot, GPU Tweak is not reading correct clocks. I will have to check version. I might have to update that for latest driver?

New personal best. Still getting a grip on nuances with updated ln2 bios. Efficiency is much improved . I am looking to confirm varience between driver versions and gpu tweak ii. Had some issues running 1.8 gpu tweak with 362 driver and reverted back to 1.6.
That seemed to straighten things out. Also was wondering if safe mode resets bios to original that came with card or to an updated or flashed bios.

    1800MHz on the core?

Wow that's awesome, you make me want to get a waterblock now.

I'm pretty sure safe mode resets the bios to the original bios that came with the matrix 980 Ti.

Sorry Nate this is on Ln2. Best I've seen is 1670 on water with this card. This really is like 780ti and 980. You need to push past 1.45v to see any scaling past stock volts.
This run was done at 1.525 core and 1.76v mem. Also ram starts capping out beyond -85*c or so. Guys limited to dry ice will really like the 980ti. Right in their wheel house.
