Post time in Maximus VIII Hero

Good morning to everybody! My system is that:
Case: Corsair 400R @Window Mod
MOBO: Asus Maximus VIII Hero
CPU : i5 6600k @4.70GHz\1.33V
WaterCooling: Corsair H100i
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw V @3200MHz 2x4GB
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB
HDD: WD Green 2TB
GPU: ASUS R9 270X TOP 2GB
PSU: Corsair GS800
Monitor: LG E2260

I got problem with post time and general with time till computer in on!! First of all my times are 6-7 sec until post finishes, 15-20 sec until boot time. I got my 850 EVO in MBR mode (I'll changed it to GPT if is faster). Windows 10 says in Task Manager 15.6sec with only drivers running.
My bios version is 1402. I tried resetting BIOS, re-flashing BIOS, Clear CMOS with button and with battery without AC and nothing changed. In default setting or not the post time is same.

My setting to improve post time are those:
MRC Fast Boot: Enable
MCH Full Check: Disable
S.M.A.R.T Check: Disable
Hot plugs all disable
Fast Boot: Enable
After AC Loss Power: Fast Boot
Delay to POST: 0 sec
CSM: Disable
FLCK: 1GHz or Auto(800MHz) the same results

I don't know why I got 6 sec post, It's too much for me. I choose ASUS Motherboard because are better than Gigabyte's but I got problem. I contact with ASUS Greece and they told me about Ram's compatibility because are not on QVL paper. I don't think is that because G.Skill says Ripjaws V designed for Z170, and Ripjaws 4 designed for X99. Asus says Ripjaws 4 for Z170!!!!! I'm confused and I don't have any friend whom got DDR4 ram to check if is that who Asus says!!! What can I do?

General from the Motherboard i'm exciting it's awesome and the best motherboard I had ever bought. Also, it's sooo beautiful!!!!!

Thanks in advance!!! And sorry for my English!

Hello HarisPap

Welcome to the ROG forum.

Your boot times seem about right, DDR 4 memory training takes longer than previous boards with DDR 3.

Did you do a UEFI windows install?

Of course. Windows 10 Pro x64 UEFI

This is quite normal on the Z-170 platform, it takes some time for memory training during post to insure your memory timings are correct, initializing USB devices can also slow down boot times
Yes a UEFI install of the OS does help some with boot time, but more importantly it is a safer and more secure installation

How can I decrease that time? The "Memory Training" time. It's to annoyed for me to waiting 6 more seconds till my pc is on! What about USB? My keyboard's lights are "ON" after shutdown and I don't know why!

I was ready to buy 2 more sticks the same memory to be 16GB. My RAMs model is that F4-3200C16D-8GVK.

Are you guys sure of this? I mean, I've seen a lot of z170 users statting that their boot times are 6-7 seconds. Is everybody lying or what?:)

They could be booting from hibernation state, not cold booting. Mine are also 20-30 seconds i think, ssd and hero board. Personally i don't really care is it 10 or 25 seconds ;). Not in that much hurry.

Speaking of which, you guys out there use Windows fast boot or not? And why? I currently have it disabled, just trying it out plus it's good for SSD longevity.
