g750js the work of the fan seems weird

    I just notice few things,

the fans on my g750js start spinning at 12-25% when cpu heat is arround 62-65ºC and keep working at 12-25% until heat is 75ºC
After that they go to 33-50%, when heat is above 90ºC they spin at 100%. This seems pretty weird fan behavior or its normal?

Idle temps are 52-54ºC with nothing running on background, also fans are not spinning (is it normal fans to stay inactive?)
When i run Chrome with few tabs temps go to 61ºC+ fan run at 12-25%.

I installed "Notebook fancontrol" (aka NBFC) and manually ajusted my fan to work at 25% in idle and 75% while gaming.
    The results were pretty amazing.

    Idle temp 40ºC
Only chrome opened with few tabs 45-45ºC
While gamming (same game as before) 65-68ºC when fan work at 75% (manually adjusted), while before fan were working at 50% with over 75ºC.

I don't mind adjusting the fan control by hand, the temps are much better, however i am worried about something else.

Is it normal? I mean is it normal to adjust them by hand instead the system do it by itself?

Also are there any risk if i keep my fans working (mosly cpu fan) at 25% in idle, basically non stop?
