I don't get it...
I did the real bench, without errors.
Voltages in bios, system and under heavy load are all the same or only 0.02V different.
Now after some restarts, the sabertooth X79 Mainboard (from the other pc) won't start correctly.
It shows me the red-led for the gpu. Which worked fine before. Tried to cmos, got into bios, and then the same. After some tries it bootet into bios again. Wanted to save changes (cpu fan) aaaand ... doesn't want to start.
Why? I mean, it started before and passed the test. And randomly doesn't want to start anymore?

It was a Dark Power Pro 10 from bequiet with 850w.
Got it working again, with bios flash and some unplugging.
So I have the good feeling now that everything should work fine.
Got the a replacement mainboard (the same) and the same CPU too to test.
Wanted to test it right away and saw that I have 70°C CPU Temperature in Bios.
Now if got a new problem - The pump from the Corsair H100i GTX is defect.
Well, now I wait for the next replacement (lol). Butall together, I think with the new mainboardnit should work fine.
Thank you all for the help and your time.
If you want, I can write you my final results when I get my new cooler.

Corsair-Forum tells me, that lately many people have such problems.
Quick question - What psu would you recommend (not from corsair?) ?

Isn't Seasonic also the manufactor for the AX-Serie for Corsair PSU?
Heart about the models from EVGA, will look into it, thanks!
May I ask what psu-brand you're using for yourself?

Seasonic licenses their PSU designs to several companies like Corsair and many others. I've used Seasonic PSU's in the last 3 builds and have had zero issues with them, I believe the have a 7 year warranty. I recommend the x-series if you're on a budget, should not need more than 750w if you're not running SLI.

I am using this psu.
http://www.amazon.com/PC-Power-Cooli...ct_top?ie=UTF8
I don't think it's available anymore except maybe ebay it's a bit outdated but this is the third pc it's been in. While it's a good psu there are two draw backs with it, one it is LOUD, two it is not modular.
And I fried one of these.
