Windows 10 has native NVMe drivers, so the Samsung driver isn't necessary right away. The Samsung driver is better though, so you will want to install it after Windows is installed.
The BIOS won't show the drive except in the Boot section (it doesn't in my M8 Gene anyway).
it should be just a matter of plugging the drive into the M.2 port, booting into the BIOS, and going into the Boot menu to choose the UEFI 950 Pro option in the Boot Overrides section.
I've heard that some boards need to have the Compatibility Support Module enabled, so you can try that if the above doesn't work.

Mine showed up when I put CSM on auto on my M 8 Alpha. Btw, How are you trying to install windows 10? The USB uefi install worked flawlessly for me. Need to use Rufus to format the USB properly for that install method. I've heard that's the best way to install Win 10.

Yeah, I mis-typed earlier -- you don't want the UEFI 950 Pro option, you want the UEFI USB or UEFI optical drive option, whichever you are installing from.

Samsung 950 Pro not detected by Bios or Windows 10 OS
If I try to install the nvme driver i get a message that no Samsung 950 Pro is installed in the system, please install, although I have changed the settings in Advance mode to M2. I am not able to download Winows 10 because the drive is not detected by the system. I have checked in device manager and to no avail, no Samsung 950 pro in it although all my other hard drives are detected, I have disconnected all the driives from my computer and installed only the Samsung 950 Pro but still the system does not detect the drive.
