Problem MSI R9 280X Gaming 3GB does not detect the monitor

Buy this graphics card and does not work in my Asus Rampage V Extreme/U3.1, already connect the plotted on other motherboard and works perfect. Is not which may be the problem my power supply is 700w my current bios is 1902 I hope that you can help me thank you to all of this great community.

I do not have all this from the factory overcloking
Before I had a gigabyte 760 2Gb and worked perfect
Already test the msi 280x on another pc and works perfect, can that the motherboard is not compatible with my msi 280x ?
