Bought this headset a couple of weeks ago and it's a huge upgrade from my old Razer Carcharias; but I'm facing two issues:

- Each time I boot up the computer, the left speaker is higher (in sound) than the right one. I need to unplug the USB and plug in again to solve this.
- As example; I'm playing BF4 and I'm on skype with some friends. If someone speaks, it seems the headset will lower game's sound to focus on my friend's voice.
This is only and temporary when someone speaks, then the game get 100% sound. Very annoying when I'm trying to listen to footsteps and pin-point enemies position and then someone speak or even cough...
