Question Poor FPS unless rebooting GTX970

I am seeing an FPS drop of around 20 - 30 if my PC has been running for more than a day or two. Normally I would just say there is some kind of memory leak and deal with rebooting it. However, all my resources CPU, RAM, VRAM, disk, etc are within the same range when the PC in performing normally VS poorly. I am wondering if there is another resource I should be looking at or if there is some kind of bug I am dealing with. Thanks and let me know if more info is needed.
