Hi there!

I've been searching with google, even on ASUS website, or Techpowerup bios database, but, I cannot find any bios file of the ASUS 20th Anniversary Gold Edition GTX 980Ti.

Will anyone who owns it be so kind as to dump its bios into a file and upload it?

are you having the safemode issue?
CPU - intel 5930k
MoBo - rampage extreme v x99 u3 1901 bios
RAM - corsair lpx vengeance 3000mhz cl15
GPUs - asus 20th anniversary gold gtx 980ti SLI
SSDs - samsung 950 pro and 850 pro
PSU - corsair axi1200
Cooling - corsair hgtx100i, 3k RPM Noctua fans
Case - coolermaster case master pro 5
Monitor - rog pg279q
Audio - bose companion 20s
Audio - JBL synchros s700
KB - ducky yoth
Mice - razer diamonback 2015 chroma

Did you tried first to overclock you Matrix for 70-80MHz more before Flashing BIOS with higher clock.
If she crash than it's not maybe smart to flash with Gold BIOS, difference is not small, 60-70MHz min.
