Spurious waking

New MVIF mobo (RMA exchange) has begun auto-waking from sleep. The screen does not awaken when this happens though it will if a key is pressed or the mouse is moved then the expected Login screen is displayed.

Q-code displayed is "30" which according to the Q-code table appears to indicate that the system is waking from S3 sleep. OK, that is in agreement with what we know about the symptom so far.

Not OC'd.
Latest UEFI BIOS with "Wake from" options disabled.
Standard "Balanced" Power Option in Win8.1x64 Control Panel.

Where to start figuring root cause...?

Symantec's Norton Security Suite for Comcast added a Task to the Scheduler's Remediation folder named AntimalwareMigrationTask with an extra Condition setting set to Wake the computer to run this task every 30 minutes. Dumb!
