Hello,

i created a Uefi Boot USB Stick with Rufus (included Samsung 950 Pro Nvme Driver with NTLite). CSM is enabled. Started from USB-STick in Uefi Mode.

I cannot find the Samsung 950 Pro in the Installation. I added also with F6 manually the Driver, but cannot find anyway.

Or is it not possible to install Windows 7 x64 in UEFI mode?



Windows 10 installation working without Problems with CSM disabled.

Here's an idea, I'm not sure if it will work or not.

If you download a windows 8.1 ISO and go ahead as if you were going to install it. It will create a boot loader partition which I think you need for UEFI installations. Once it's created the partitions just cancel the installation and try installing windows 7 on the main partition, don't delete the boot loader partition that Windows 8.1 created.

Depending on the speed of your internet connection it shouldn't take long to download the windows 8.1 ISO so it's worth a try.

I had a hell of a time installing Windows 7. Tried all sorts of things to no avail. In the end this method worked for me though:
