Hi,

I have purchased an ASUS G551VW / I7 6700HQ, 8 GB RAM, NVIDIA GTX 960M and I want to replace RAM memory
because I need more ram for my work.

In the Asus webpage it is saying that this notebook support up to 16 GB RAM
original note from asus (DDR4 2133(O.C.) MHz SDRAM, 2 x DIMM socket for expansion up to 16 GB SDRAM) so i search for some good
ram memory and found the HyperX Imact and Corsair ValueSelec. Below i have the full names of the mentioned memory.

Kingson HyperX Impact 16GB (2 x 8G) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Laptop Memory Model HX421S13IBK2/16

CORSAIR ValueSelect 16GB (2 x 8G) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Laptop Memory Model CMSO16GX4M2A2133C15

My question is, is it safe to replace my current RAM with one of these brands Kingston HyperX or Corsair, can it cause any damage to
CPU or anything else and if there is no problem upgrading this ram which one would you prefer.
