Thanks for posting this... playing around this week I've found all manner of new voltages and settings including 4.5 @ 1.165 that I never would have dreamed of trying prior. I started high and went higher and this chip looks to want cpu/uncore/sa all to all hit a sweet spot together as they walk up.

the net result is that you miss a stable point and push higher and find the next, but may be over looking a much cooler/safer/more stable setup.
