Strange Bug Samsung 950 Pro / Bluetooth (R5E)

I want to report a strange problem that is happening to me since I installed the samsung 950 pro.

In practice, the Bluetooth device is properly recognized by the Windows 10 operating system, but does not detect a device nearby. I tried different driver's combinations without success. If I unplug the samsung 950 pro and install the OS on the raid samsung 850 pro I have no problems.

Why does this happen?

my bluetooth signal is weak af too and always has been, i dont know why. even if i hold my devices right next to the pc/antenna it has 30ms ping (what the heck )
i cant test it right now since my operating systems are all on the 950 pro. maybe i do have some empty drives laying around and can test it later.

waht version of bluetooth are you using. I am using 12.0.1.550 Bluetooth Win10 32bit&64bit V12.0.1.550 169.1 MBytes update 2015/06/30 with no issues at all on connection. I can have phone in other room and it connects and plays my music from my phone.

I tried almost all driver's packages and nothing changes. The device is properly detected and installed but in fact can not detect anything. I asked a friend who owns a 950 pro to try and he confirmed the problem.

Since working before installing the 950 is easier to believe that there is something between the two devices.
