Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. It's only happened twice recently so I'm assuming it's probably a graphics driver issue. So I'm gonna do a rollback and see what happens, but I figured I'd ask in case anyone else had ran into similar issues.

I've only seen this twice myself and it was a loose connection of the display cable at the motherboard and a bad overclock on the GPU. My experience with driver issues is they work or they don't and when they don't you get lock ups, BSOD and black screens.
