IOAPIC 24-119 Entries - What is it and what kind of benefit is there

This setting is available in the BIOS which you can enable (default) or disable.

I am unable to find much useful information about this feature. It is not mentioned in the manual.

I disabled the feature because I simply does not know what it does. My computer seems to run fine, but not knowing what this does or when I need it bothers me.

The Intel I/O Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller is used to distribute external interrupts in a more advanced manner than that of the standard 8259 PIC. With the I/O APIC, interrupts can be distributed to physical or logical (clusters) of processors and can be prioritized. Each I/O APIC typically handles 24 external interrupts.

its just makes more irq for windows to communicate through. it would be more useful if u enable MSI mode for that IRQ using this utility

YES it reduces latency communication between GPU and pci slots . very recommended
