Did P6T Deluxe V2 PCIe raidr express boot support ?

Hi all
I have ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 X58 mobo
Intel Core i7 920
24gb of ram CORESIR VEGEANCE
2gb of ASUS EAH4870 DK 1G

I purchased -- ASUS RAIDR EXPRESS PCIe SSD 240G -- my pc can not find PCIe SSD
- I update my bios to 1202
- I make AHCI

But did'nt work

Please can any one help me what i do

about 3 week I'm trying but not matched with me
