I am trying to run the Virtualization Detection Tool and says my Virtualization is not enabled but the Bios says it is?

Any help here?

I am trying to install XP mode to run and older program that I cannot get to run any other way. I have tried the usual "run in" compatibility modes. All of them.

Have you installed Windows Update KB958559?
