Ok, just for the record if anyone found this, of course my laptop is clean, the fact that this happened only with this game and Vsync off should have speak volume. So the culprit is that the engine will render fps with absolutely no limits if you let it, and when you reach 400-600 fps, well your system will heat, no matter what. My cpu never went on throttling and I never got fps drops, but I could see it going to 90-93 on average, which is not ideal.
Simply open the console with -console and type fps_max 121 to limit your fps to 2x+1 your monitor refresh if you're running 60Hz. Values like 180 o more are probably also ok, as long you don't get in the 300 fps, your cpu should be ok. Personally with 121 fps I am good with aiming and he cpu never goes pas 76 degrees, with an average of 68 degrees. Pretty cool.
