I have a EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G2 Power Supply and i am setting up my Rampage V Extreme.

On the power supply it gives me an 8 pin CPU connector that breaks into two 4 Pin Female ends. Can i use that for the EATX12V_1 (B) or should i use a 8 pin to 8 pin cable (One didn't come with the PSU)

You can use that for the 8pin cpu connection. Did it come with a 4 pin to populate the 4 pin connector on board?

Use the cables that came with the PSU.

The PSU came with:

1 x 24 Pin ATX
2x 4+4 Pin EPS12V
6x 6+2 Pin PCI-E
10 x SATA
5 x Molex
1 x Floppy

the EPS12V has an 8 pin for the PSU and the end has two 4 pins, So i need to combine the 2 4 pins for the EATX12V_1 or buy a new cable

I tired using the 2z 4Pin in the Monthboard but one side of it keeps coming up as the "clip" that holds the connector is only 1/3 of the size of the plug
