I went from the 1401 to 1601 BIOS a few days ago. I used to only be able to get 4.7ghz at 1.40v which ran at about 72c.
But with 1601 I started OC'ing at 4.7 at 1.40v for an hour, and it was stable. So I stepped it down, and down and down... And I finally stopped at 1.31v at 66c.

I could have kept going just to see how low I could get it, but I was tired of 9 hours of testing over the past days and wanted to see where 4.8ghz would work. So, I started 4.8ghz at 1.37v and crashed after 5min of benchmark. But at 1.38v it ran for an hour with no crashes at 72c.

I might try 4.9ghz just to see where it lands, but it will probably be too hot.

Here is a screenshot of 4.8ghz on the 1401 BIOS that I took a month ago. I had to OC 'Per Core' 47, 47, 48, 48 and set the Voltage to 1.43v to get it faster. I ended up just running it at 4.7ghz...
